Hello,
I can't get my answering machine to work; it doesn't take messages and Bouygues voicemail kicks in instead. However, I think I've done everything necessary from my Gigaset CL660H handset. If anyone has any ideas, thank you very much.

Hello,
If Bouygues' voicemail is answering, it means that the number of rings triggering your voicemail is set incorrectly.
Operators' voicemails are generally set by default to trigger after 5 rings, so you need to adjust your voicemail to trigger after 4 rings (20 seconds).
It's very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
