Hi everyone, I have a problem with my computer, the hard drive has been off since yesterday and I want to recover the data on it because it’s important—how can I do this, please help me.

        Hello,

        We don’t see the connection with the brand of the PC, its model or the captain’s age.

        If it is the operating system that is at fault, we can try repairing or reinstalling it from a bootable USB installation key without data loss; under certain conditions, at least part of these data can be recovered by accessing the disk with an external tool outside Windows in graphical mode or via the command line (Linux USB key or FreeDOS).

        If it is not the disk but a component of the PC that is responsible for the phenomenon, by connecting this disk to an external USB adapter or enclosure.

        But if the disk itself is damaged, we can try to repair it with tools on a live USB (Live USB Malekal, Hiren’s Boot CD..., all of which must of course be done on another computer).

        If everything fails, there is no way to recover the data except sometimes via specialized companies at a price that is very deterrent.

    The status must be blue, otherwise it's not a good sign.

    Hello,

    If the drive has become inaccessible since yesterday, avoid formatting it, running CHKDSK, or writing new data to it, especially if the files are important.

    You can first check whether the drive is detected in Disk Management. If it is detected but inaccessible, data recovery software may allow you to scan the drive and recover the files to another medium. Microsoft also recommends avoiding any unnecessary use of the drive to maximize the chances of recovery.

    If the drive is no longer detected at all, makes unusual noises, or disconnects constantly, it is better to avoid handling it and consider professional recovery.
