I’m looking for a new bag for the school year and recently I found a little gem on a website that was previously unknown to me: https://sacdejour.com/
Having never heard of this site, I just want to make sure it's not a scam. Can you help me by sharing your experience, or that of someone close to you, with this site?

Site created a year ago and registered in the USA see https://whois.domaintools.com/sacdejour.com, no legal notices, an address that seems fake to me see this page https://sacdejour.com/pages/contactez-nous personally I wouldn’t order.

1- Certain rules must be followed before ordering from a site:
1- Check if there are reviews available online.2- Verify at the bottom of the page if the MANDATORY legal notices are present, see THIS PAGE.
Simple rule: NO LEGAL NOTICES DO NOT ORDER.
3- Check if a postal address is provided as well as a phone number and email to be able to contact the site in case of problems.
4- If a postal address is indicated, verify if this address exists on https://www.google.com/maps/
5- Go to this site enter the home page address of the site you wish to order from to see its location and age.
6- When ordering from a foreign site, recourse in case of problems is often impossible.
7- Very low prices are a sign of counterfeit of very poor quality and sometimes fraud (you never receive the items).

Really a big scam
I paid 80 euros for a bag that isn’t worth more than 40 euros. It’s poorly made, it’s plastic, I don’t think the zipper is going to last, and on top of that, it’s ugly! And it’s impossible to exchange or get a refund; they’re clever, they say that all the bags on sale cannot be returned, AND they’re all on sale!!!????
Site to avoid:
Seller in China, Headquarters in the USA, Website hosted in Canada.
Unmet deadlines, very poor quality products.
Impossible or ineffective contacts.
Scam all the way.

definitely do not order from this site. The quality is lacking, and I got blacklisted because I wanted to return the bag. Avoid at all costs.

I don't understand how PayPal supports these people.
I completely advise against this site; they show you products that are very different when you receive them, and if you don’t want them, even if the mistake is theirs, they only refund you if you return the product (AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE AND TO CHINA!!!).
It’s impossible to reach them by phone, and they send you a standard email insisting on a return under threat of not refunding you.
Fortunately for me, I purchased my bag via PAYPAL, and it was PayPal that refunded me.
I advise against this site that claims to be consumer-friendly; it’s completely false.
Hello, I ordered 2 items for Christmas at the beginning of November: I received 1 faux leather bag (marked as LEATHER)
1 week after ordering from China... and still haven't received the other item, still in transit..... I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE THIS!!!! SCAM
A site to avoid, bag arrived 2 months after the order, poorly packaged, damaged, leather of poor quality.

Hello, I strongly confirm this site should be avoided, products are not even low-end, everything comes from China with varying delivery times, if the price displayed is €50 it’s worth €10. A total scam.
I advise you to stay away from this site; I bought from it before realizing that the products were cheap Chinese items like those sold on Temu... run away!
Run away! Factory in China, awful quality of leather, nothing matches the photos or descriptions. Returns are impossible because of the high cost of shipping and customs... Not reliable at all!
I also intended to buy from Sac de Jour, but after reading all your comments, I ultimately went to another website called La casa du cuir. I received my bag in 6 days and I am very satisfied with it.
No Legal Notices... We're talking about the laws of the State of Wyoming.. But it feels like a branch of a hidden Asian site in the USA (P.O. Box..).

Non-EU site presumed unreliable.. No recourse in case of dispute.. Minor customs fees may apply if you're unlucky.. Quality?

As for me, I ordered a bag. Disappointment upon receipt: the bag does not match the photos, the quality is horrible..
They agree to let me return it but at my expense (30€).. What a scam..
Additionally, I left a comment on their site, oddly it doesn’t appear..
Finally, I saw that the bag came from AliExpress, which is interesting because they don’t mention it to customers when buying the bag..
Anyway, next time I'll check the reviews beforehand..
And hoping that those posted will help some avoid getting scammed..
Hello, Avoid at all costs. I just paid €42 for a product that costs €12 on Aliexpress. Total scam, no possible refund even for a defective product.
