Hello,

I would like to know if the site "Le Sac Outlet" is reliable because I found a backpack that I like, but I'm worried that I might get scammed. I would also like to know if their products are genuine brands or just imitations. Thank you very much in advance.

    Attention, this site is really not serious!!! They sell you the products but have no customer service behind it. I had the unfortunate experience.
    To be avoided and banned!!!!

    I completely agree with Oliv. I recently ordered two scarves. Of the two, one did not match my order at all. I have sent email after email with all possible photos proving the mistake made and after about fifteen exchanges, they are suggesting that I return the item at my own expense! What next! I don't even dare to do it because I fear they won't send me anything in return; I have absolutely no trust left, avoid this site. Moreover, I'm not sure these are authentic brand items. Highly discouraged!!!

    I personally don't know this site at all, so I would say be cautious..

    For backpacks, I recommend https://saqado.fr, I have never had any issues and they also accept PayPal payments.
