Hello,
I will soon switch to fiber, but my PC will be 20m from my box, so I would like to know at what distance we start losing speed, and which Ethernet cable I should get for a maximum of 15 euros, please.

    You don't directly lose speed with an Ethernet cable; it's constant regardless of the length up to 100m.
    The categories are defined for 100m.
    Beyond a certain distance, the speed doesn't decrease, but you have transmission errors that cause packet loss and retransmissions.
