Thomson neo14a laptop

I have a problem with my keyboard, the letters U.I.O.P are giving me numbers instead of letters!
I've already seen that I need to work with the FN key, but I don't have a Num Lock key as they say to find the letters!
Is there another solution?

Here I found it! Lolllllll you need to press FN + F12 (like a lock)  thank you anyway for your help!!! I probably made a wrong move when I moved it!!!!

No other solution, you need to "disable" the numeric keypad.
Take a photo (good quality) of your keyboard and post it here.

Thank you for the photos.
Ohhh there's no key for the Numeric Keypad !!
It's Fn + u that should make a 4, Fn + i a 5, etc...
Could the Fn key be stuck???
Has the keyboard received any liquid, crumbs (ah this lockdown :-).

exactly that fn+u = 4 !! but it's a PC that is locked and used rarely almost new! not used during confinement lolllllll
