Sony camcorder cassette trapdoor stuck

Hello,

The trapdoor of my Sony camcorder is stuck. I don't understand, one minute before I inserted the tape everything was fine, but I realized it was the wrong one so I want to change it, but when I open the door the trapdoor won't open.
Could someone help me please?

    Hello, apart from sympathizing, I have no rabbit to pull out of my hat
    check that your camcorder is properly powered by the battery
    and Sony no longer repairs mini DV
