Hello,
I have a MAC, a Freebox Revolution, and recordings on a hard drive. I plugged a USB key into the server. When I went to "my disks," the key is recognized. How can I transfer my recordings to this key?
I also have Free OS, which allows access to all the information and content of my Freebox.
Thank you
Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 13.1.1

Hello,
With the key plugged in, you can proceed:
- either through the Freebox OS file explorer
- or through the file explorer on the computer: Check what’s on the network; you should see the Freebox, as well as its hard drive and the USB key you plugged in.
In both cases, perform a copy/paste.
Note: you will only see recordings that are not protected and are copyable (not the movies downloaded from Canal, for example).-
Well... it works; I had moved the USB stick, to be precise I inserted it into the player; but I don't think that made a difference. The only thing that worked was going through the network explorer on Finder.
I spent an hour with the 3244... and a person who had difficulties... probably... before consulting you!
Well done Pierr10

Hello,
I have a Mini4K, in the Freebox OS, if I go to the file explorer, I have the directory structure with the recordings, and on a file, with the right click, you can copy it to paste it elsewhere.

Hello and thank you Pierr10,
The key being connected, you can proceed:
I can proceed...how?
The two options you recommend are displayed, but...what to do and how to do it?
When I click on a "copyable" file, the copy happens, but the paste does NOT!! see the photo above.
Thank you for continuing to help me.

Hello.
Open Freebox OS and explore the files on the box's disk. Everything you see there can be copied to any support (USB or network) by using the "download" command.
Copy/Paste only works for internal or connected disks, not for those on the network (so not your Mac...)
Best regards.-
re oups Torquemada,
have you read my response to Pierr 10? above?
my copy/paste worked on my Mac this morning and I checked on my free box afterwards. The recordings from the hard drive copied to USB appear correctly on my USB key from the file explorer on my network located on my Mac. So I copied and pasted from my Mac in the explorer located in the Finder.
