Brother DCP-153C printer problem

Hello,

I have a Brother DCP 153C printer that I’ve had for many years and I’ve never had a problem with. Recently, it won’t print when I try to print a document. It seems to operate normally when I start printing, but nothing comes out. No error message, no document pending...

It is clearly visible in my operating system, Windows 10, with a normal status.

When I run a print test, no problem and everything is fine, the same for scans or direct copies of documents.

In short, overnight it just won’t print...

If anyone has already encountered this problem or could advise me on how to get it working again.

    Hello ....

    It is probably the Windows 10 bug from its latest update .. if that is the case, just install a patch...
    Can you tell me the exact version of your Windows 10 by typing Winver in the search bar at the bottom left and Winver.exe at the top afterwards

    For version 1903 (for info Windows 10 is at version v.2004) ..I suggest you install the patch KB 4567512 available ► On this link

    Hello,

    Same here, I have the same issue, I just bought a PC with Windows 10 and when I try to print, everything goes normally but nothing comes out ...
