Upgrading your processor

I would like to know if it is possible to update the processor with a driver or something else. Thank you

Config: AMD Duron 800 MHz / 400 MB RAM / ATI Radeon 7000 32 MB TV Out /

    Control Panel => Device Manager => Processor => Right click to update

    It probably won't find anything.

    => touslesdrivers.com => My drivers
