      You’re talking nonsense, you just didn't get lucky. I got a perfect pair of high quality and I even asked for a return, which is possible. It's clear that if you damage the pair, there's no return.

        Could you please provide me with the procedure followed for your return?

        I want to make one (an exchange because the pair I have is too small) and the procedure I'm being told seems strange!

        I have to send the pair of sneakers to a customer at my own expense and then another pair of sneakers (the larger size) will be sent to me.
