MacBook Pro starts with stripes and a gray screen

Hello,
My MacBook Pro has a problem that I will try to describe as best as I can.
Upon startup, fine white stripes appear on the screen, followed by a completely white screen; the screen stays that way. After a few minutes (2 to 3 minutes), the fan kicks in and the screen is still white. I have to power it off and on until it starts normally (ten times or more). I should note that I have formatted the disk to try to resolve the issue, but it persists.
Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

thank you for your response, I don't think that's the case, the screen is not broken at all and it works perfectly once it starts,

The problem is when I turn it off and then back on, the stripes appear and a white screen freezes. It only starts after several attempts...

I would like to thank you all for your responses. My problem is solved! By the way, I had to take it to a repair shop, where they opened it up and just cleaned it really well, especially the RAM. They told me there were a lot of small particles and dust that had accumulated over time. The result: I've been using it for a month now, and there’s no more overheating. Sure, every now and then the fan runs at full speed, especially when running RAM-intensive apps, but that resolves in a few seconds with just a click on "Free Up Memory" in the Clean My Mac app. I hope this will be useful for you, my friends. I spent months and months trying to find a solution. I looked everywhere on the internet, and I even changed the hard drive and battery.
