Hello,
Is anyone aware of what happened to my computer? It hasn't fallen, and I'm left with this screen. I was told it was a screen issue and that the screen needed to be replaced
they're asking me for €535 for that.
Is the diagnosis correct? If so, are there cheaper alternatives since I am a student?

What he told you is a bit extreme; try changing the graphics card but I can't guarantee anything (even after the change, it still happened to me, but less often). As for the price, I don't know it in euros, but it cost me $135 Canadian to have it changed (it lasted about 1 more year but then I had to buy a new one).
