    What do you mean by: "I can't take the call"?
    Is the phone ringing, you pick up, and you can't hear your caller?
    Or does your caller go straight to your operator's voicemail?
    Is this phone connected to a box?
    If so, reset it by cutting its power for a full minute.

      Hello and thank you for your quick response.
      In fact, when my phone rang, I couldn't answer the call. No matter how much I pressed the "green button" (to answer the call), it kept ringing on the base and of course the connection didn’t go through. I think there was a bug with my box for 4 days. I just got back from the weekend and miraculously my phone is working again. If it happens again, I will apply what you suggested. Thank you again.
