For a day now, I haven't been able to access the store or the community (only) of Steam, either from the client or the website. This is happening on all my devices, in fact. I feel like my IP might be affected because I can access it using a VPN or through mobile data. My account itself isn't affected because I can access my games and the Steam client (via mobile data)
I'm attaching a screenshot of what the site shows me. Does anyone have a solution? I rebooted my router, tried another web browser... Nothing works. I'm also waiting for a response from support, but I hope someone will be faster than them.

Is an IP ban from the site possible? I have to admit that I don't have much knowledge about websites.

Possible yes, but to the point of banning your IP, I have my doubts.

By the way, it would have been stupid to ban my IP but not my account itself...
