My Freebox seems to block access to a game

Hello,
For about a week now, I’m unable to connect to an online game from my Wi-Fi connection although everything worked fine for several years. No matter the OS, or whether it’s on PC or mobile, it simply doesn’t work. This is probably due to my Freebox because I have no problem connecting via other networks (even Free Wifi Secure). Moreover, I contacted the game’s technical support who confirmed that they have not blocked my IP and that it doesn’t come from them. I think it’s important to note that apart from this issue, my connection is perfect.
I’ve already tried restarting the Freebox and disabling the IPv6 firewall.
Does anyone have a solution? I’d like to avoid having to call Free’s technical support if the solution is simple.
