Hello,

I have a Sedea SF 4000HD decoder. For some time now, the message "display prohibited on this device" has been showing up. I have reset it to factory settings, changed my HDMI cable, and done a channel scan, but nothing works. My Fransat card is a year old, so it’s still valid. Can you please help me?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 83.0.4103.83

    Hello,

    Just because your card is only a year old doesn't mean it's valid...
    To find out, take it out and check the back; if you see PC5 in the middle, you need to change it to a PC6 (15 € on the Fransat website). If it says PC6, then it's good, it's valid.

    Let's start with this check.
