Acquisition issue with VGB 100 acquisition key

Hello
I just acquired a USB video capture key VGB 100, which is connected to a VCR via 3 Jack connectors (white, red, and yellow)
Included with this key is a small software that allows capturing, editing, and recording
When I start the capture, I do not see the video; I can only hear the sound, and in editing mode as well, so it is impossible to edit and obviously to record.
Do you have any idea?

    Hello, we are several regular contributors on the forum responding to desperate people regarding these "cheap" 4-wire keys. We often copy this message:
    We warn against the purchase of these devices which are not all updated or maintained and pose compatibility issues on PCs.
    There are tutorial videos on YouTube from users who have managed to make certain models work, check them out.
    For our part, we are unanimous in recommending the "Dazzle" box; it is complete, well-known, and reliable, delivered with editing software and codes to unlock common export formats.
    That said, make sure the connections are made correctly with the VCR in output.
