Hello,
I gave the Thomson sb50bt soundbar to my in-laws and it doesn't work. Let me explain: via Bluetooth, everything works, but the sound doesn't come out when I connect it to the TV. I have properly connected the red and white RCA cables directly to the television through the yellow adapter cable that connects to the red and white. I'm not sure if I'm explaining myself correctly. I wanted to know if anyone else has the same problem. And what might be the solution. I was thinking of buying an HDMI to RCA adapter to connect the RCA cable directly to it. I saw on this forum that someone was in the same situation but I can't find the answer to your question. Can you help me? Thank you.
