Hello, apart from a complaint letter stating that you still haven't received your purchase, it often happens that packages get lost or go missing.
A tip: if you're not very confident with spelling, it's best to use your computer to correct your letter.

Hello, I am making an order but it never arrived, it shows as delivered but never... it's the delivery person! Why in the second order when it shows delivered I go to confirm it and there is nothing, I called right away to Cronopost and miraculously wow!!! The delivery person arrived in 10 minutes with my package! So it's a scam!

Hello, I placed an order on SaraMart but I didn't receive any email. I eventually changed my mind and I canceled my order, but I just saw that they charged me anyway. Has anyone else experienced this?
