Freebox fiber connection and communication cabinet

Question

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out because I'm completely lost. I have a new house with RJ45 sockets in the bedrooms. I'm confused about the connections to get the RJ45 sockets working. They are not working currently. When the technician came by, he made the connections as follows:In the garage, there is a gray junction box under the communication cabinet. Two wires come out of it. I imagine it is connected to the same gray junction box located in the living room.In the living room, the Freebox server and Freebox TV are connected together. The Freebox server is connected to a black box, which in turn is connected to a gray box (the same as the gray box underneath the communication cabinet).It should be noted that there is no RJ45 socket in the living room.It works, but the RJ45 sockets in the bedrooms do not work.I thought about connecting the Freebox server to an RJ45 socket in a bedroom, but there is no gray box.I also considered placing the Freebox server in the garage, but I can't visualize the connections to make.There are also RJ45 cables paired in twos in the communication cabinet that come from the master filter (1 and 2) but are not connected to anything at the end. This leaves me perplexed...I'm a bit lost. Hi, there's quite a distance from the communication box where I see they installed the fiber PTO (in the small hole) to the Freebox and its ONT that you showed, is the fiber patch cable long? How come you have RJ45s in the bedrooms and not in the living room, that's abnormal. How many RJ45s are connected to the patch panel? The idea is to do something like this:   -- and ... there you go!

Hello,  Thank you for your response.  There is therefore a PTO in the small hole under the communication box which is connected to a PTO (the same one in the living room about ten meters away).  There is an RJ45 socket in the living room but it is not wired unlike the bedrooms (or the cable has gone behind between the BA13 and the insulation?).  From my perspective, and based on this photo, there should be 4 connected RJ45s. Is that correct? There are also 2 cut cables. One can actually be seen in the photo. The other is just behind.  In the house, there is a total of 5 wired RJ45 sockets.

Thank you for your response.  And what about the freeplugs? Is it feasible? There is an electrical outlet in the distribution board just above. Even though it's not the ideal solution because there really isn't any space in the communication cabinet.  I’m still going to check that RJ45 outlet in the living room to see if it hasn't slipped between the BA13 and the insulation.

Hello,  I have made progress on my problem: I connected the server box in the garage. It works.  I then connected the server box to each communication module with an Ethernet cable. I have 5 communication modules that I have highlighted in red. I repaired the 5th one which had been cut.  Out of these 5 modules, only one works... For the other 4, as soon as I connect a computer to them, it does not find the Ethernet connection.  Here is the wiring in the photo.  Where could the problem come from? For me, it can only be the cable. They are "Category 6" F/UTP cables (that’s what is written on one of them).  Are these cables direct or do they go through junction boxes?

Hello,  I have made some progress. There were indeed a few wiring errors. I was able to identify the origin of each terminal to each RJ45 wall socket by testing them all one by one and checking them all.  The wires are cut flush.  There is indeed no RJ45 socket in the living room. The two PTOs are connected by a 16mm conduit where the fiber runs (one PTO is near the communication cabinet and the other is in the living room). I was thinking of running the RJ45 cable through there. Do you think it’s a good idea? The technician told me that the fiber cable is very fragile. It makes me doubt.  Finally, it's quite strange. When I plug my computer into an RJ45 socket, the ethernet connection tends to "drop." Let me explain, when I plug the computer into an RJ45 socket, I see that the computer is trying to connect via the ethernet network. It then shows me the following message: "Ethernet has an auto-assigned IP address and will not be able to access the Internet." I solved the issue by finding the IP address of my box and making a manual connection. However, the computer struggles to find the connection via ethernet (it usually finds it after about 5-10 seconds). When it finds it, the connection can "drop" at any moment, it simply disconnects.  This problem does not occur on the only RJ45 socket that was working initially.  I use the same computer for each test on each RJ45 socket (5 in total), the same cable connecting the computer to the wall socket (category 5e, UTP), the same cable connecting the communication cabinet to the box (category 5e, UTP), and the cables connected to the communication cabinet are identical (category 6, F/UTP). Only one works properly out of the 5 wall RJ45 sockets. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?  Thank you again for your help and your patience.
