Hello, for some time now my computer has been freezing (ASUS X540YA) and shutting down suddenly to restart. When it restarts, the Wi-Fi disappears.
All my drivers are up to date.
In the event log, these two issues frequently appear:
- The timeout (45000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for the connection to the Kingsoft_WPS_UpdateService.
- The Kingsoft_WPS_UpdateService could not start due to the error:
The service did not respond fast enough to the launch or control request.
I don't understand anything, thanks in advance!
