Hello,

I am unable to open the documents I used to open (PDFs in general) without issues until I switched to Windows 10 (this may not be related?). I must clarify that, unfortunately, I am not a computer expert...

Good evening,
"Open Office Writer"... is it a reader? I can open some of them.
"TWINUI" seems to be a problem... is it a reader?
Sorry, I really don't know anything about it...

It is likely that the TwinUI PDF reader is incompatible with Windows 10.
Download Adobe Reader DC here https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/bureautique/2625-adobe-reader/
And see if your problem is resolved.
