Noisy fan Asus ROG GL553VD

Hello everyone.
I have a recurring issue with my laptop, the fan becomes loud and uncontrollable (the ROG gaming center no longer shows the adjustable fan speeds, the power2gear and Windows power-saving modes don’t help, and in the BIOS, I don’t have access to the fan settings; speed fan doesn’t change anything either).
This has happened to me twice when updating Windows, and this time it was when updating the Intel driver for the CPU.
It always happens when I update something...
I tried resetting Windows to default settings but that doesn't work either.
When it happened to me before, I reinstalled Windows and the noise went away, and the second time, besides reinstalling Windows, I also opened up the case to clean underneath, but there was nothing wrong that I could see.
The fans are running at full speed and noisy as soon as I turn on my PC until it completely shuts down, and this is also the case when I check the BIOS.
The temperatures aren’t high; according to the ROG gaming center, they are between 30 and 40 degrees.
My PC is no longer under warranty, and the problem first occurred one or two months before it ended.
Thanks in advance for your responses; aside from this issue, the PC has always worked great, and I make sure to put it on a stand to avoid obstructing ventilation.

Small Edit: I updated the Intel graphics driver, the After Effects 2020 software asked me to do it, and it was after that that it started to blow up. It happened yesterday.
Edit (again): Some time later, I had the fan issue again.
So I reinstalled Windows 10 (May 2020 version, before the updates that messed up my PC) from a USB drive, but this time the fans were still running at full speed!!
I updated the BIOS using ASUS's EZ Flash BIOS utility (I downloaded the new version from June 2019 for my PC model from the ASUS website) and then I encountered startup issues; it booted directly into the BIOS... I found the solution on a website; I had to disable secure boot in the advanced settings and then enable CSM boot in the boot menu. And there it started up in Windows 10 with silent and controllable fans! The Rog gaming center is showing the RPM of the fans again, and I can control them :)
