Good evening everyone,
This morning at 6:45 AM, I received the television that my wife and I had ordered from Cdiscount. During the assembly and connection around 5:50 PM, we noticed that the entire right side of the screen is broken, so there’s no image. The left side has no issues.
With customer service closed, my wife is a bit panicked given the cost of the television, and we would like to know if it's better to request a refund or an exchange. We're reading all sorts of things on the internet, and it's not very reassuring.
Thank you for your future responses!

Hello
there is no wrong solution, it all depends on whether you still want to trust Cdiscount or not!
as for which is faster of the two, everything is so random right now that it's hard to answer

With a computer, we can do things more quickly that we wouldn't have needed to do without a computer. -
Hi, it's not complicated, you just ask the after-sales service for a return slip for a non-conforming product, with half of the panel not functioning, along with a request for a refund followed by a letter with a copy of the request made to customer service with acknowledgment of receipt.
Of course, you need to include all the information in reference to the order or invoice. Then, once refunded, you are free to reorder on this site depending on the response time.
