Headphones that distort on bass sounds

Good evening everyone,

Today I received my new headset, a Logitech G432. I was relatively happy to receive it, but now the problems are starting. Upon receiving it, I plugged it in via USB to access the DTS 2.0 or 7.1 surround sound. However, after configuring it, I played the game World of Tanks, which has gunfire, explosions, and I noticed that the sound starts to slightly crackle when a low sound is played. So I checked the sound settings in Windows and indeed there's a problem (I can't quite explain it, but as soon as that particular sound is played, the green bar goes to its highest level causing the crackling).

Thank you for your future help everyone.

    Hello,
    Try this:
Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Click on your headset -> Properties -> Enhancements -> Equalizer -> Settings -> choose an equalization type that suits you (Pop, Live, Club, etc...)

Thank you for your response. But since it’s an external software that manages the headset (Logitech G Hub), I have no improvement options

      Thank you nonetheless.
