Hello,
I'm trying to connect my speaker to my HP Windows 7 PC.
The PC recognizes the speaker but indicates that the battery is low (I should note that the speaker is connected to the power).
I don't have the option to connect the speaker, only to cancel.
Does anyone have an idea?
Thank you in advance for your help,
Best regards.
Configuration: Windows / Edge 18.18362

Hello,
To fix this problem, simply press the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds; the indicator light will start flashing. Once that's done, turn on Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and select the Acton II. The speaker will now be paired and considered as "Audio," which will resolve the issue. (If the device is already paired, make sure to remove it before the operation).
Have a good evening :)
