Mac and Marshall speaker issue

Hello,

I have a Marshall Acton bluetooth speaker. I've been using it in bluetooth mode with my Macbook Pro for a year.
However, this morning, the Mac connects to the speaker but no sound is coming out.

I restarted the Mac, turned off the bluetooth, checked that the volume was up ;)... nothing worked.

I checked with another bluetooth device to see if the problem was with the speaker. Well, it works fine.

I then plugged the Mac into the speaker's jack, and that didn't work either.

I have the feeling that my Mac doesn't really like the speaker anymore. Can you help me?

Thanks,

Exactly the same problem from one hour to another, the sound is extremely low from the computer to the speaker. I tested with my phone, the sound is perfect, unlike you using the jack input my turntable is connected and the sound comes out properly.
    Have you found a solution?

try pressing "pair" on your speaker after disconnecting the bluetooth from your phone.

Hi everyone, I had exactly the same problem as you and I found a solution!!
Actually, I made the device forget on my iPhone and my Mac and then I reconnected it and, like magic, it works again.
