Hello,
I am having an issue with the purchase of a Benqsw270c monitor (max resolution 2560x1440).
I want to set the resolution on Windows 10 but have been unsuccessful in reaching the maximum resolution (I currently have a resolution of 1920 x 1080).
The 2560x1440 resolution for my monitor does not appear in the display settings options.
I have installed the monitor driver.
Graphics card AMD RADEON HD5450; I checked the driver update: OK.
I restarted my PC, but it did not work.
Can you help me? Thank you!

It is quite possible that your AMD RADEON HD5450 model does not support more than Full HD.

That's what I fear indeed, but in the specifications of my graphics card, I can't find that information.
I found links to a model also called AMD RADEON HD5450 that manages it.
Your message seems to imply that there might be several models of AMD RADEON HD5450?
In that case, how can I know which one is mine and what maximum resolution it allows?
    Thank you.

There are ones with 512MB of G-RAM, 1GB, and 2GB of G-RAM. The one with 2GB of G-RAM can handle QWHD resolution.

OK thanks, I just downloaded Everest to check, I have the 1GB version, so... no 2K.
I'm good to change the graphics card...
Thanks for your help and your responsiveness.
