Issue with my Rode NT1-A

Hello, some time ago I bought the NT1-A from Rode, as well as the Rode AI-1 interface... my problem is as follows: When I plug my microphone into the interface, the LED turns from red to green and then immediately goes off. My microphone thus does not record any sound. If someone could enlighten me, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

    have you tried pressing the big button to the right of the microphone input
    it's to turn on the phantom power

    Hey man, I have the same problem as you! Only my sound card is a Scarlett... Were you able to solve your problem? If so, did the issue come from the microphone or the sound card? That would help me a lot, thanks!
