Discord and League of Legends not working

Hello, since yesterday I have been unable to join a Discord voice channel and launch LoL.
For Discord, it says "Connecting SCTR" with no connection path after that although I can browse the internet easily.
On LoL, when I log in everything works until the launcher starts and shows a loading screen that lasts indefinitely. So far, everything I have tried to resolve the issue has been unsuccessful.
If you have a solution, please let me know.
