Problem launching Discord: checking for update in a loop.

Hello.
I'm having a problem with Discord at the moment: the Discord launch window opens normally, but when it searches for updates, it bugs and goes in circles. After 5 minutes of "checking for update," it displays "update fail restarting in 30s" and this happens in a loop. This problem occurred after a Windows update (Security update for Microsoft Windows (KB4054517)), I don't know if it's a coincidence or not.
I've searched the internet regarding this issue, but nothing has worked for me.

I've tested: - reinstalling Discord in several ways (manually deleting the Discord files, uninstalling normally...)
- renaming the Discord update file in AppData\Local\Discord
- reinstalling the latest Windows update
- cleaning the PC

I'm on Windows 10.
