In your case, it's a hardware failure. Your printer's board, to which the USB cable is connected, is dead.

      Thank you

So the driver is not communicating with the printer...
    Things to check:
    Is it the right driver?
    Is it properly installed?
Is there any issue in the control panel under the Devices section?
    Is the cable properly connected?
Is the cable working? (Test another one)

    Hello,

the dialogue with the printer is functional.

the print request has been made but the file to be printed is pending...after a few minutes the message disappears.
    best regards

unfortunately not... the driver does not communicate with the printer....

If it were the case, it would display an error, print anything, and your test page would print... For now, it’s Windows that is clearing the content of the buffer that is not sent to the printer...

Check your USB cable... in 30% of cases, it’s the one with bad connections...

    Thank you for your feedback,
I replaced the cable, but the problem remains the same.

I also tried to reset to factory settings as follows, by pressing the cancel and Wi-Fi buttons simultaneously.
    But nothing happens!!!
