Hello,
Following some work, my old printer connected to the WiFi network is completely disconnected from my computer (ASUS running Windows 10); it doesn't even appear in the Printers section of the Control Panel after my teenage daughter's attempts...
Could someone explain step by step what I need to do? It turns on, which is already something... I never connected it myself in the first place and I can't manage it despite intensive online searches.
Thanks for your help!

Hello,
I suggest connecting it directly to the PC with the USB cord while reinstalling its drivers: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-4000-printer-series/25474 -
Thank you for the suggestion. The USB cable that comes from the printer is incompatible with my laptop (the connector is too big).

Hello, you need a USB A to USB B cable.
