My JBL Tuner speaker is not working anymore.

Hello,
I connected my speaker with the headphone jack to my computer to watch a movie and get better sound.
And since then it’s not working anymore.
I can’t recharge it. When I connect it with the provided cable, nothing lights up.
I can’t find a small reset button?
Does anyone have this problem...

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 75.0

Hello,

I have the same problem, my speaker won't turn on for no apparent reason, even though I charged it the day before. So it's charged, but the power button doesn't respond.

I had the same problem, I couldn't turn on my JBL Tuner2 radio despite recharging it.

In the end, it was the USB-C port that was dirty and the contacts weren't working anymore.

A cleaning with a special contact spray while unplugging and replugging the connector 10 times in a row restored the contacts with the USB port. Recharging was fine afterward.
