Error 4010 or 4020, what is it?

Hello,

I bought a Bamboo tablet a long time ago, and I can't install it.
The machine tells me:
Oops = the installation of Bamboo Dock failed. Please try again or contact Wacom support; (Error codes: 4010, 4020).
Should I throw it in the trash?
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 80.0.3987.163

    Good evening,

    Have you checked the Wacom folder in all the programs? It's possible that there's a launch from there...
    Otherwise:
    - Go directly to the Wacom website and download the latest driver
    - Connect the tablet.
    - Restart the PC.

    Does that work?
