Hello, my Tab 106 tablet is stuck on the loading screen. The volume is touch-sensitive and I don't know what to do. Please help me, otherwise, it's going in the trash.

You need to hold the "power" button down and press the ESC button... at the same time... until the menu appears... and only then, release it.
Go to "Wipe Data Factory Reset" by pressing the "Power/Off" button repeatedly.... Then Yes....

Let the tablet do its work and return to the menu... it may take quite a while... several minutes..

Then select "Reboot Now" it should restart...

You can try a reset... before you throw it away.
It's a procedure that you do at startup by holding down multiple keys...

Usually the audio down (-) and then hold down the power button for 4 seconds... something like that.
