how can I obtain invoices for orders placed by my son in 2019 and 2020? These orders were made using his email address and password, but I am the one who handles all the payments.

The only solution is to log in to the account in the customer area on the website (using the login ID and password) to view the invoices. (This is of course provided that the website in question is "serious" and that this information is indeed made available to the customer)
