"claim the server" plex raspbian (on raspberrypi)

Hello everyone.

Sorry to bring this topic up again, but I couldn't find anything on the internet.

I installed Plex Media Server on my Raspberry Pi 4, which I control remotely via VNC. The server is accessible from the computers in the house (running W10), but everywhere I go, a message pops up asking me to claim the server.
So I have the button in settings - general, but nothing happens when I click on it: in Edge, it turns into a loading wheel for a second and then returns to its previous state, and in Chrome, it gives me a red message "claiming issue".

What I found online is that I might need to use a tunnel, but I have no idea how to configure this tunnel, and why use a tunnel when I am directly local for Plex configuration via VNC? (I can configure Plex on the Raspbian interface, but again, the button is useless to claim the server)

Thanks in advance if you have any ideas to solve this issue!

Problem solved, I finally found a solution.

I hadn't activated the Wi-Fi on the Raspberry, since I was already on Ethernet... after setting my IP address, for some unknown reason, I didn't have access to the entire internet... (yet I could browse, check my emails, etc.)
Reactivating my Wi-Fi antenna solved the problem, I connected automatically, no need to request the server!

    Now everything is working.

P.S. I'm no longer so sure I'm in the right forum, the "network" category would have been more relevant than "debian" maybe...

      Hi,
No network, not at all, it's right there, it's not a network problem, unless you've configured something wrong on your ethernet.
