Reset OLIVETTI MF3100 Password

Hello,
Following the loss of the password for accessing the administration of an Olivetti MF3100 multifunction printer, I would like to know the procedure to reset the password or to restore it to factory settings.
(The default password has been changed)

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 80.0.3987.163

    Yes, the Olivetti support hasn’t been very cooperative; they directed me to three resellers, which makes it difficult to ask them knowing that I am not a customer of theirs.

      to turn off the machine
      press and hold stop/reset, and turn the machine back on while holding the button during startup
