Search function not working

Hello, I am a new tenant in a small house, I have a bakery TV with built-in TNT, a rooftop antenna, and an amplifier I believe, in my cabinet next to the electric meter. I connect my antenna cable to the antenna socket, I start a channel search and I find nothing, I can't find any channels, everything was working fine for the previous tenant.
Could you help me?

    Be careful with the power supply because yours is 24 volts and if your friend's preamp is 12, it's going to smoke!
    Some DIY stores operate as a drive-through and you can also order online

    Damn it... Start by checking the coaxial connections, unplugging and replugging them several times to eliminate any possible oxidation; if necessary, redo them neatly and be careful, even the slightest "hair" from the braid touching the copper core can mess things up...

      I have already rechecked the connections, bought a new cable, no hair is touching the copper, I even trimmed the ends of my antenna cables.

    I will suspect the preamplifier... if you need to change it, the best would be to place a variable gain preamplifier (sometimes too much amplification can degrade the signal), this preamplifier should be LTE/4G filtered and placed as close to the antenna as possible.

    It's a guess... and unfortunately, I can't tell you more.
    Can you remove the preamp and its power supply and try making a direct connection to the antenna?

    one end of the coaxial cable is on your panel, but the other end is indeed on the TV?

    I meant to say to make a direct connection to the antenna, without the preamp.
    Are you sure that what is in your table is a preamp or a power supply because OUT DC ANT means output powered in direct current (DC) to the antenna, the preamp itself would actually be on the mast
    Describe this box well and the connectors and labels

        Yes, a white box with a cable connected to the antenna and another that needs to go down into the attic to presumably connect to the TV outlet I have on the wall.

    The diagram is essentially as follows:
    Antenna -> cable to the preamp output of the mast -> cable from the preamp input to the power supply on OUT DC ANT -> power supply output to wall socket(s) and you didn't tell us what was written on the sockets of that damn box

      So on this damn box, I have a typical power socket, two TV sockets, one of which is connected, and this famous OUT DC ANT socket; it's a Fracarro brand box.

      And so I confirm that it is indeed a power supply for a preamp that should be on the mat.
      Therefore, the OUT DC ANT socket must be connected to the cable that goes up to the attic, all with F-type connectors that are mounted as follows:

    If your connections are correct, as I said at the beginning, I wonder if the preamp is not defective, and I recommended a product, but if you can, try connecting the antenna directly to the TV by removing the power supply and the preamp with female F connectors:

      I don't have a female connector and with the lockdown, it's hard to go looking for one. It seems that a friend of mine has a new preamp that he hasn't used, so I'll try that instead.

    No, with a rooftop antenna there are the 27 classic terrestrial DTT channels (digital search) and yes, this preamplifier may have failed

    We're going to make it...
    So the OUT DC ANT connection must be connected to the cable going to the attic, and there are thus two TV outputs, but only one is connected.
    Can you read the complete reference for this thing that should actually be a power supply?
