Hello, on my Thomson Neo14A-4WH64 with Windows 10, I've lost all Wi-Fi and no network card is displayed. I downloaded the driver but it doesn't show up in my network card. I need help, thanks.

Windows key + R Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.  Do you have a section --> other devices?  What do you have under network adapters?  If there's a device with an alert regarding the network controller: Provide the hardware ID of the device Check this out --> Find a device's identification number Post the number in your next message. Choose from a list of drivers...  Have disk Browse Go to the unzipped driver folder --> 20347443...... Select the file --> net8187b.inf and OK. the file is not a compatible file  This message appears when during the installation?  If the problem persists: Do a system restore and choose a date prior to the problem.  Windows + R Type --> rstrui.exe and OK.

Hello, once you have downloaded this file onto a USB stick, please completely uninstall the Internet adapter you will find in Device Manager / Network Adapters EVEN if it does not show any apparent faults...

Please now insert this USB stick into your computer, install the file you just downloaded, the computer will then restart, and you will see that the list of all other WiFi networks will be available.
