Unable to renew my tntsat card

Hello, my card is set to expire in a week and it’s no longer possible to renew it due to the health crisis. The site is closed, no one answers the phone: NOTHING. Yet it’s telework that doesn’t expose anyone to risks! This will last at least until April 15 = we won’t be able to make the request until that date. This means that, if we’re lucky, we’ll receive the card in May!
Deprived of television in the middle of confinement!
Are there any possibilities to extend it a little?

    I ordered a TNTSat card over a month ago to replace my sister's expired card. This person is elderly and not at all able to make this purchase online herself. This card no longer works at all. She can therefore no longer watch television.
    I leave it to you to place the appropriate adjectives regarding the fact of preventing an elderly person from receiving television during this confinement period.

      For us, we hadn't found a solution (other than buying a new decoder - too expensive for us) and we thought we would no longer have television.... and miraculously, everything continues to work. We thought maybe it had been extended for the duration of the lockdown. But your sister's experience says otherwise! I don't understand!

        She has been away from home for several months. As a result, the card may have expired for too long to be renewed. I found a temporary solution with 4G and Orange (there is no terrestrial TV network) but not at the same price at all.
