No,
It doesn’t work that way; there’s a line open at the housing level; it’s not the box that makes the connection but the telephone line (or fiber, or cable) linked to the location.

However, if you have a phone with a sufficient data plan, you can use your phone as a box (in 4G) and thus connect a computer (via Wi-Fi).
