Frozen image with free

Hello, the image of my movie keeps freezing, I'm with Free, I've tried everything: unplugging the TV Freebox and the other one too, it worked for a while and then it froze again. I've also unplugged the phone socket and nothing works!!! Thank you for your help

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Problem solved, it simply comes from plugging the free plug into an overloaded power strip!!!!

      Hello, I have a problem with the HD in my room. The TV freezes, the screen goes completely black, and in the top right corner, it shows "video error." I've tried everything; the plug is connected to a wall socket. Thanks for helping me, this has been going on for 6 months.
