Hello, I own a motorhome with which we have a digihome fransat dsf 300 hd decoder, and I am unable to turn it on as it is stuck on the letters Fti or Ft1, making it impossible to restart even after performing a factory reset.

Hello, have you resolved your issue? I have the same message and my screen is stuck on the setup guide, I can't get out of it.
The problem is completely resolved after unplugging everything: antenna, HDMI cable from the TV, from the decoder, the electrical connection of the TV and the digihome; wait for about 10 minutes, then plug everything back in, reconfigure the decoder, display boot then fti and restart the entire installation following the display on the TV, adjust the satellite dish, then press the exit button on the remote control of the decoder and there you will find your channel panel.
