TNT reception issue since this evening: "empty database"

Hello,

Just yesterday, my TV was receiving all the channels perfectly normally... and today, nothing works.
I started an automatic search, then another one, and yet another, and I invariably get the message "database empty"...

What should I do to fix this problem and get my TV working again?

    1) how to perform a factory reset?

    2) how to check if the cable is good?

    3) how to perform an "update" of my television?

    Your suggestions seem interesting, but I have no idea how to implement them!
