Hello everyone,
I have been in a training program called "Computer Assistance Technician" since October. First of all, I want to say that it is very poorly organized; the network teacher, if I can call him that, completely leaves us on our own,
and don’t get me started on the management.. :)
Having said that, here’s my question:
For those who have already taken this training, I wanted to know what your exam topics were? This is something that’s really bothering us, the teacher tells us white on Monday and black on Tuesday, we can't rely on him anymore (In fact, we are sure he doesn’t know anything)..

And sorry if I seem arrogant, it's just an accumulation of "I-don't-care" attitudes in this training that's driving me up the wall ^^

Here is the program UGECAM
Activity 1: Commissioning digital equipment
Install a system or deploy a master on a client workstation.
Intervene on the hardware components of a digital device.
Update, configure, and personalize a digital device.
Contribute to the security of a digital device and its data.
Activity 2: Intervene on infrastructure elements
Install and configure a network service (small businesses and enterprises).
Intervene on a network device and service (enterprise).
Intervene on a network directory of the Active Directory type.
Activity 3: Assist or troubleshoot clients or users
Provide technical support in a commercial context.
Handle an incident in a service center and ensure the follow-up of the equipment.
Assist users in an office environment or with their digital devices.
Diagnose and resolve a digital malfunction.

Tell you more? Yes: 20 minutes is a very long time when you are alone in front of your paper, and again when you are alone facing the jury. This means you need to have enough vocabulary to get through, and to master the grammar so as not to accumulate mistakes in construction and conjugation. In computer training, English is a very important subject!
