Hello everyone, I found a solution for the sound issue on certain MyCanal Live TV channels with my X96 mini box (I think it should also work with other IPTV boxes): I had version 4.3.2 of MyCanal, I uninstalled it, then you download the 4.2.1 APK version. You install it and refuse the update (at the end of the installation when you launch MyCanal, you choose no thanks) and there you go, everything works perfectly. Normal sound on all channels.

Hello, I found a solution for the sound issues with the MYCANAL app on the Android X96 mini. This solution works with all versions of MYCANAL:
To fix missing SOUND on certain MYCANAL channels: go to SETTINGS then SOUND then SURROUND SOUND and set it to ALWAYS.
It may seem silly, but it works.
Solution found at the end of November 2020.
Please spread the word on social media as many people with an X96 using MYCANAL are frustrated with their endless updates.
