Locked channel on qhdtv, x96 mini

Question

Hello,
I have an x96 mini box, my child accidentally locked a channel, and now I'm being asked for a password that I never created.
How can I recover the password or unlock the channel please?

Configuration: Android / SamsungBrowser 13.0

Hello, I have a locked channel that works when I’m asked for the password that I don’t have. I press the back button, the spinning arrow, I get to a small screen where I see the channel, but when I press the button with a square symbol with two lines inside, I get full screen. However, when I leave the channel, I have to repeat the process. Here is a solution, good luck!
